Maxim Integrated MAX14435 4-Channel Digital Isolator

Maxim Integrated MAX14435 4-Channel Digital Isolator is a fast, low-power digital galvanic isolator using Maxim's patented process technology. The MAX14435 transfers digital signals between circuits with different power domains. The isolator is powered by a 1.8V power supply, with a power of 0.58mW per channel at 1Mbps, and an isolation rating of 5kVRMS (60 seconds). The A-side output enable of the MAX14435R/S/U/V is active low. Therefore, this device is ideal for isolating ports on a shared SPI bus, as the CS signal can directly enable the MISO signal on the isolator.

The MAX14435 is available in a 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with 8mm of creepage and clearance. The encapsulation material has a minimum comparative leakage index (CTI) of 600V, which gives it a group 1 rating in the creepage distance table. All devices are rated for ambient operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
