The TLC5973 is an easy-to-use, 3-channel, 50mA constant sink current LED driver. This one-wire system,

The 3Mbps serial interface (EasySet) provides a solution that minimizes wiring costs. The LED driver provides 12-bit pulse width modulation (PWM) resolution. Display repetition rate is achieved at 2.9kHz (typ) using an integrated 12MHz grayscale (GS) clock oscillator. This drive also offers unlimited cascading capabilities.

All output constant sink currents can be programmed with an external resistor. The TLC5973 has an internal shunt regulator for higher VCC supply voltage applications.
