WS9620A High Voltage Linear Constant Current Driver IC
The WS9620A is a high-voltage linear constant-current driver that can directly drive high-voltage LED strings. Its power system structure is simple, and it can achieve excellent constant current characteristics with only a few external components. It is mainly used in non-isolated LED constant current drive power system with very strict volume and cost requirements.
The WS9620A can also be used in parallel with multiple chips to improve the output current capability of the system; its output current can be set through the resistance of the REXT pin.
WS9620A has built-in over-temperature and high-voltage automatic current reduction function, and over-temperature protection function.
WS9620A is available in TO252, ESOP8 and SOT89-3 packages.
