AD8628ARZ
AD8628ARZ
Product Details
This amplifier features ultra-low offset, drift and bias current. The AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 are wide bandwidth, auto-zero amplifiers with rail-to-rail input and output swing, low noise, and operate from a single 2.7 V to 5 V supply (or a dual ±1.35 V to ±2.5 V supply). ).
The AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 offer feature advantages previously only available with expensive auto-zero or chopper-stabilized amplifiers. Using Analog Devices' circuit topology, these zero-drift amplifiers combine low cost with high precision, low noise, and no external capacitors. In addition, the AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 greatly reduce the digital switching noise found in most chopper-stabilized amplifiers.
The AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 have an offset voltage of only 1 μV, offset voltage drift of less than 0.005 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.5 μV pp (0 Hz to 10 Hz), making them suitable for applications where error sources are not tolerant. These devices have near-zero drift over the operating temperature range, making them extremely beneficial for position and pressure sensors, medical devices, and strain gage amplifier applications. Many systems can take advantage of the rail-to-rail input and output swing capabilities provided by the AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 to reduce input bias complexity and maximize signal-to-noise ratio.
The AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of ~40°C to +125°C. The AD8628 is available in 5-lead small TSOT, 5-lead SOT-23, and 8-lead narrow body SOIC plastic packages. The AD8629 is available in standard 8-lead narrow SOIC and MSOP plastic packages. The AD8630 quad amplifier is available in 14-lead narrow SOIC and 14-lead TSSOP plastic packages. For automotive grade products, please refer to the Ordering Guide.
