Description of TPS22908
The TPS22908 is an ultra-small, low R turn-on load switch with controlled turn-on. The device includes a P-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) that operates over an input voltage range of 1.0V to 3.6V. This switch is controlled by an on/off input (ON) which can interface directly with the low voltage control signal.
The TPS22908 is available in a space-saving 4-terminal wafer chip-scale package (WCSP) with a ball pitch of 0.5mm (YZT). The device is specified to operate from -40°C to 85°C in a natural ventilation environment.
