PT412360V/6A step-down, dimmable, LED constant current driver
PT4123 60V/6A step-down, dimmable, LED constant current driver
Overview
The PT4123 is a continuous inductor current conduction mode step-down constant current source for driving one or more LEDs in series. The PT4123 has an input voltage range from 6 volts to 60 volts and an adjustable output current up to 6 amps. Depending on the input voltage and external components, the PT4123 can drive LEDs up to tens of watts.
The PT4123 has a built-in power switch, uses high-side current sampling to set the average LED current, and accepts analog dimming and a wide range of PWM dimming through the DIM pin. When the voltage of DIM is lower than 0.3V, the power switch is turned off, and the PT4123 enters the standby state with extremely low operating current. The PT4123 is available in SOP8 and ESOP8 packages.
