OC6701 is a high-efficiency, high-precision boost high-power LED constant current driver control chip. OC6701 has built-in high-precision error amplifier, fixed off-time control circuit, constant current drive circuit, etc. It is especially suitable for constant current drive of high-power, multiple high-brightness LED light strings.

The OC6701 adopts a fixed off-time control method, the off-time can be adjusted by an external capacitor, and the operating frequency can be changed according to user requirements. OC6701 can control the driving current of high-brightness LED lamp by adjusting the external current sampling resistor, so that the brightness of the LED lamp can reach the expected constant brightness. Adding a PWM signal to the EN terminal can also perform LED dimming.

OC6701 integrates VDD voltage regulator, soft start and over-temperature protection circuit to reduce peripheral components and improve system reliability. The OC6701 is available in an SOP8 package.

OC6701 3.2～100V If the input voltage is more than 2V, it can be within 3A

OC6700 3.2～60V greater than the input voltage 2V or more can be within 2A

OC6702 3.2～100V If the input voltage is more than 2V, it can be within 1A

Buck constant current:

OC5021 3.2～100V can work normally within 5A when it is at least 1V lower than the output voltage

OC5020 3.2～100V can work normally within 2A if it is at least 1V lower than the output voltage

OC5022 3.2～60V At least 1V lower than the output voltage, it can work normally within 3A

OC5028 3.2～100V At least 1V lower than the output voltage, it can work normally within 1.5A

OC5011 5～40V, at least 1V lower than the output voltage, it can work normally within 5A

OC5010 5～40V can work normally within 2A if it is at least 1V lower than the output voltage
