Based on the high-performance humidity sensing element of the French company Humirel, the new generation HTU20D temperature and humidity sensor has established a new standard in terms of size and intelligence: it adopts a dual-row flat no-lead DFN package, with a bottom surface of 3x3mm and a height of 1.1mm. The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in standard I2C format. Diversified output methods, wide operating voltage range, and high temperature accuracy and humidity accuracy. HTU20D series modules are specially designed for low-power and small-volume applications.
