LT6650 - Micropower, 400mV Reference with Rail-to-Rail Buffer Amplifier using SOT-23
The LT®6650 is described as a micropower, low voltage 400mV reference. Operating with supplies from 1.4V to 18V, the device consumes only 5.6 mA typical, making it ideal for low voltage systems as well as industrial control systems for handheld instruments. The internal buffer amplifier with only two resistors can reference any desired value of 400mV up to the supply voltage. The reference postpackage was fine-tuned to increase output precision. The output can absorb and provide 200mA of over temperature. Static power consumption is 28mW. Stability is ensured with any output or capacitor as high as 1mF. The LT6650 is the series' lowest voltage reference available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package.
