Product Description The CLM285/385-1.2 is a micro 2-terminal bandgap Zener diode. Operates over a wide current range of 10mA with low dynamic impedance and stable temperature characteristics of 20mA. Calogic utilizes on-chip trim to provide tight voltage tolerances. These devices are excellent portable meters, regulators or general purpose analog circuits with battery life approaching shelf life.
