IS-1009RH - Radiation Hardened 2.5V Reference
Radiation Hardened 2.5V Reference Skystar* Power Radiation Hardened IS-1009RH is a 2.5V shunt Zener diode designed to provide a stable 2.5V reference over a wide current range. The device is designed to maintain stability over the entire miitary temperature range and over time. 0.2% reference tolerance is via on-chip trimming. The terminal is provided with an adjustment in order to correct system errors. This terminal to adjust the reference voltage does not affect the temperature coefficient. With Intersil's artificial medium isolation EBHF process, these devices are immune to single-event latching and have been specially designed to provide high performance and reliability in harsh radiation environments.
