General Description The LM368-2.5 is a precision, monolithic, temperature compensated voltage reference. The LM368-2.5 enables the use of thin-film technology, laser-trimmed discrete-enhanced resistor temperature coefficients to achieve excellent temperature coefficients (TCs) for VOUT (as low as 11 ppm/§C), and tight initial tolerances, (as low as 0.02%). The plan is to trim individual resistors, for example, rather than being trimmed (partially cut) to avoid causing resistor drift in the trimmed area.
