Device Description The ZRA124 circuit design using a bandgap achieves a high precision micropower voltage reference of 1.24 volts. The device is available in a small outline surface mount package, ideal for applications where space savings is important, and kit through-hole requirements. The ZRA124 is designed to provide a stable voltage without external capacitors and stable capacitive loads. Yes the ZRA124 operation is recommended between 50mA and 5mA, so it is ideal for low power and battery powered applications. Excellent performance is maintained to an absolute maximum of 25mA, however robust design and processing allow the 20 volt reference to withstand transient effects and currents up to 200mA. Superior switching capabilities allow the device to reach stable operating conditions in just a few microseconds.
