FSDH0165 - Fairchild Power Switch (FPS)
Description The FSDH0165 is specially designed for off-line switching power supplies with minimal external components. The FSDH0165 is a monolithic high voltage power switching regulator that combines a value SenseFET (LDMOS device) voltage mode PWM control block. Includes PWM controller with integrated fixed oscillator, undervoltage lockout, leading edge blanking, optimized gate turn-on/turn-off drive, protection and thermal shutdown high precision temperature compensation loop current source compensation and fault protection circuitry. Compared to discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solutions, the total FSDH0165 component count, design size, and weight can be reduced, and at the same time improve efficiency, productivity and system reliability. It has a good base platform for cost-effective designs for flyback conversion.
