TCN4040-Precision Micropower Shunt Voltage Reference

Overview For tight applications, the TCN4040 precision voltage reference is available in a space-saving 3mm x 1.3mm SOT-466-3 surface mount package. The TCN4040 eliminates the need for external stabilization capacitors, while remaining stable with any capacitive load. The minimum operating current is 60mA. The maximum working current is 15mA.
To ensure that the main components have an accuracy better than ±0.5% to 25(C grade)°C, the TCN4040 uses fuses and zener ZAPs to adjust the reverse breakdown voltage of the wafer. Low dynamic impedance and bandgap reference temperature drift curvature correction maintains stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperature (-40°C to +85°C) and current from (60mA to 15mA). The TCN4040 is also available in an adjustable 1.2V version.
