UC19431-Precision Adjustable Shunt Regulator
DESCRIPTION The UC39431 is an adjustable shunt regulator with a sink capacity of 100mA. The architecture, including an error amplifier and transconductance amplifier, provides the user with individual control of the small error voltage signal with a fixed linear frequency response to the transconductance. A minimum 3MHz gain-bandwidth product is both error and transconductance amplifiers to ensure fast response. In addition to external programming, the chip has three connectable internal resistors in six different configurations, providing specification voltages of 2.82V, 3.12V, 5.1V, 7.8V, 10.42V, and 12.24V. A sister device (UC39432) provides the error ampilifer and reference into the non-inverting input while eliminating the three internal resistors. ...
