IS-1715ARH - Radiation Hardened Complementary Switching FET Driver
Radiation Hardened Complementary Switching FET Driver The radiation hardened IS-1715ARH is a high speed, high driver synchronous rectification circuit used in current complementary power FET designs. Soft switching converts the two output waveforms with independently programmable delays that can be managed by settings. The delay pin can be configured with zero voltage sensing to allow precise switching control. The IS-1715ARH has one input, which is PWM and TTL compatible, and can run at frequencies up to 1MHz. This auxiliary output switch is input immediately on the rising edge, but before waiting for a response delay of the falling edge of T2. A logic low enable pin (ENBL) places into place for active low output mode and functions under voltage lockout (UVLO) function set at 9 volts (max). With Intersil's Artificial Dielectric Isolation Radiation Hardened Silicon Gate (Gymn) process, these devices are immune to single event latch-up (SEL) and have been specifically designed to provide highly reliable performance in harsh radiation environments. ...
