General Description This is a hex-buffered monolithic complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) integrated circuit built with N- and P-channel enhancement-mode transistors. The logic level conversion of the device uses only one power supply voltage (VDD). The high level (VIH) of the input signal can exceed the VDD supply voltage when the logic conversion of the device is performed. The device is intended for use as a hex buffer, CMOS/TTL electrical converter to transistor logic or as a CMOS current driver, and at VDD=5.0V it can drive both transistor logic/TTL over the full operating temperature load range.
