Overview The ADP3410 is a dual MOSFET driver optimized for driving two N-channel FETs that are in a non-isolated two-switch synchronous buck power converter topology. Each driver is driving a car with a 20Êns to 3000ÊpF load capacity propagation delay and 30Êns transition time. One of the drivers is bootstrapable and is designed to handle high voltage slew rates with a "floating" high-side gate driver. The ADP3410 has multiple protection features: Overlapping Lane Prevention Value (ODP), Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) function with performance specified at very low voltage levels, and Over Voltage Protection (OVP) function that can be used to monitor the input or output. Other features include: programmable transition delay, a synchronous drive control pin override, synchronous drive status monitoring and coordination, exit mode by UVLO, VCC good (VCCGD) signal capable of driving a 10ÊmA load. Quiescent current, when the device is disabled, is less than 10mA.
