Radiation Hardened High Frequency Half-Bridge Driver The Radiant 2100RH Hardened HS is a high frequency, half-bridge 100V N-channel MOSFET driver IC, which is a functional, pin-to-pin replacement for Intersil's HIP2500 and industry standard 2110 species. The low-side and high-side gate drivers can be controlled independently. This gives the user maximum flexibility and the driver's protocol in dead time selection. In addition, the device features on-chip error detection and correction circuitry that monitors the status of the high-side latch and compares its display signal. If they do not agree, a SET or RESET pulse generates the correct high-side latch. This feature protects the high side from the Theseus latch. Undervoltage supply forces on the high side, how low. When this returns a valid supply voltage, the MP will travel to the state display. The low-side power supply undervoltage forces both LO and HO low. When that supply became available, Law returned to the forest state and MPs returned to the manifest state.
