ICL7667 - Dual Supply MOSFET Driver
Dual Supply MOSFET Drivers The ICL7667 is a dual monolithic high speed driver designed to convert high current to TTL level signals at the output at voltages up to 15V. Its high speed and current output enable it to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rate and low propagation delay. With the output voltage swinging only millivolts below the supply voltage and a maximum supply voltage of 15V, the ICL7667 is ideal for driving switchedmode power converters in high frequency power MOSFETs. The high current output of the ICL7667 rapidly charges and discharges the gate capacitance of the power MOSFET while minimizing power loss. The ICL7667's inputs are TTL compatible and can directly drive common PWM control ICs.
