HT0440 - Dual High Voltage Isolated MOSFET Driver
General Description The Supertex HT0440 is a dual-channel high voltage isolated driver utilizing Supertex's patented HVCMOS® technology. It is designed to drive unidirectional switches in bidirectional or discrete MOSFET configurations. It can drive high N-channel MOSFET side switches up to 400V. Generates two independent HT0440 DC isolated voltage outputs, VOUTA and VOUTB when logic inputs A and B are at logic high. The internal clock of the HT0440 can be disabled by applying an external clock signal on the CLK pin. This allows power consumption and AC characteristics to be adjusted to meet specific needs. The CLK pin should be connected to ground when not in use. The HT0440 does not require any external power supply. The internal supply voltage is provided by the two logic inputs A or B or when they are at logic high.
