NCP4423DWR2-Dual MOSFET Driver|Potassium Sulfate|16PIN|Plastic

The NCP4423/4424/4425 are MOSFET drivers that are capable of providing reliable service in harsh electrical environments. Although primarily used to drive power MOSFETs, these drivers drive well—loaded (capacitive, resistive, or inductive) loads that require a low impedance drive capability for high peak currents and fast switching times. Numerous applications such as loading clock lines, coaxial cables, or piezoelectric sensors can be driven with the NCP4423/4424/4425. The only known limit on loading is that the total power consumption of the driver must remain within the maximum power dissipation limit of the package.
