NCP4413DR2 - Single MOSFET Driver | CMOS | Potassium Sulfate | 8-Pin | Plastic
The NCP4413/4414 are 3 one CMOS buffers/drivers. They will not latch up under any conditions of power and voltage. They are not damaged when spiking to 5 volts noise occurs regardless of the polarity of the pins on the ground. They can accept, without damage or logic upset, up to 500mA of current of either polarity forced back to their outputs. All terminals are fully protected against electrostatic discharges up to 4 kV. Thanks to the MOSFET driver, the NCP4413/4414 can easily switch the gate capacitance of the NCP4413/4414 1800-20 nanoseconds with matched rise and fall times in nanoseconds, and provide low enough impedance for both ON and OFF states to ensure that the intended state of the MOSFET is not affected , even for large transients. Edge matching of rise and fall times allows short-term inputs to drive greater output accuracy.
