MC33151 - High Speed Dual MOSFET Driver
The MC34151/MC33151 are dual inverting high-speed drivers specially designed for driving large capacitive loads in digital circuits requiring low current with high slew rates. These devices feature low input current making them CMOS and input channel logic compatible, fast switching input to output hysteresis that is independent of input switching time, and two high current totem pole outputs ideal for driving power MOSFETs. Also includes undervoltage lockout with hysteresis to prevent unstable system operation at low supply voltages. Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, capacitor charge pump voltage multipliers/inverters and motor controllers. These devices are available in dual in-line and surface mount packages.
