The TSM108 is a P-channel MOSFET controller that ensures constant voltage and constant current switching power supplies (stepping down), such as in automotive battery charging applications. The TSM108 can be easily configured for a very wide range of voltage and current needs. The TSM108 is built on a rugged BCD process and includes a PWM generator, voltage and current control loops, precision voltage reference and a P-MOSFET gate drive output.
