Overview The TEA152x family is a Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) controller IC that operates directly from a rectified universal power supply. This is a high-voltage EZ-high-voltage SOI process implemented with a low-voltage combined BiCMOS process. The device includes a high voltage power switch and a circuit that starts directly from the voltage rectified power supply. A dedicated circuit switch in the Valley is built on (not implemented in the TEA152xAJM version), which makes very efficient ultra-thin electronic power plug concepts possible.
