Description The Si9136 is a current-mode PWM and PSM converter controller, two synchronous buck converters (3.3 V and 5 V) and a flyback (non-isolated buck-boost) converter (12 V). Designed for portable equipment, it provides a total of five force outputs (three tightly regulated DC/DC converter outputs, a precise 3.3V reference and a 5V LDO output). It requires minimum and external components to achieve capable conversion efficiencies close to 95%. The Si9136 is available in a 28-pin SSOP package and is specified over the extended commercial (0°C to 90°C) temperature range.
