PC33702DWB-3.0 Switch Mode Power Supply with Linear Regulator...
describe
The 33702 provides the means to efficiently power the QUICC™ I, II, and other families of Motorola microprocessors and DSPs. The 33702 integrates a high-performance switching regulator that provides a direct supply to the microprocessor core, and a low dropout (LDO) linear regulator to the microprocessor control circuit that provides the I/O and bus voltages. The switching regulator is a high-efficiency synchronous buck regulator with integrated 50mΩ N-channel power MOSFETs to provide protection features and allow for a space-saving, compact design. The 33702 employs many advanced features, such as precisely maintaining the power up/down sequence, ensuring proper operation and protecting the CPU and power system.
