SI9987 - Buffered H-bridge
The Si9987 is an integrated, buffered H-bridge with TTL compatible inputs and provides a sustained capability of 1.0-a at VDD = 5.0 V (room temperature) at exchange rates up to 500 kHz. Internal logic prevents both upper and lower outputs from being turned on at the same time. A unique level that allows both outputs to be forced low (braking) or forced to high impedance by the input code. The Si9987 is available in an 8-pin SOIC package and is specified for an operating overvoltage range of 3.8 V to 13.2 V, and over a commercial temperature range of 0 to 70°C (C suffix) and a commercial temperature range of 85°C (D suffix).
