DESCRIPTION The TLE's 4207 is a fully protected dual half-bridge driver designed specifically for automotive and industrial motion control applications. The device is DOPL using Siemens bipolar high voltage power supply technology. Actuators (DC motors) can be directly connected between halfbridges. Operating modes forward (clockwise), reverse (counterclockwise), brake and high impedance are called from the standard interface. The standard enhanced power P-DSO-14 package, eligible for application, saves PCB board space and cost. In addition built-in diagnostic functions like overvoltage and undervoltage lockout, short circuit protection, over temperature protection and a standby mode with extremely low quiescent current will turn on a wide range of automotive and industrial applications. ...
