TLE5205-2-DC Motor Application
Description The TLE 5205-2 is an integrated power H-bridge with a DMOS output stage driving a DC-motor. Parts are built using Infineon's multi-technology process Standard® which allows bipolar and CMOS control circuits plus DMOS power devices to exist in the same monolithic structure. Operational modes forward (CW), reverse (counterclockwise), brake and high impedance are invoked from only two TTL/CMOS compatible level control pins. The use of a combination of extremely low RDS ON and a power IC package with low thermal resistance and high thermal capacity helps reduce system power consumption. A blocking capacitor at the supply voltage is the only external circuit due to the integrated freewheel diode.
