IR2085S - High Speed, 100V, Self-Oscillating 50% Duty Cycle, Half-Bridge Driver
It shows that the IR2085S is a self-excited half-bridge and 50% duty cycle driver IC, which is ideally suitable for a 36V-75V half-bridge DC bus converter. This product is also suitable for push-pull converters without limitation according to the input voltage. The frequency of each channel is fOSC, where reverse transcription of fosc can be set by selection and CT, where fosc is ≈1/(2*RT.CT). The dead time is controllable and can range from 50 to 200nsec by choosing a suitable CT. An internal soft-start process increases the pulse width of the electrical pulse width and maintains a high and low output match throughout the start of the rise cycle. The IR2085S starts up after every overcurrent and power supply soft-start condition. Undervoltage lockout prevents operation if VCC is less than 7.5Vdc.
