UPD16813 - Integral Dual H-Bridge Driver Circuit
Description The mPD16813 is a monolithic dual H-bridge driver circuit with a power MOS FET in its driver stage. By complementing the P-channel and N-channel output stages, circuit currents are substantially inproved relative to conventional charge pump drivers. The mPD16813 is therefore ideal as a 2-phase excitation driver circuit, a bipolar stepper motor driver head for an FDD driver.
