DESCRIPTION The SiP41101 is a high-speed half-bridge driver, with a power supply voltage of up to 30 V for high-current multi-phase DC-to-DC power supply voltages up to 30 V, and it is designed to operate at frequencies up to 1 MHz. The high-side driver is guided, allowing to drive the N-channel high-side MOSFET. The bootstrap diode is internal. The output drive current provides up to 4 A, allowing the use of (on) power MOSFETs for low RDS. The SiP41101 has an external MOSFET with an internal break before circuit to prevent shoot-through current. The SD control pin is provided to enable the driver. A synchronous enable control pin provides disabling of the low-side or synchronous MOSFET to maximize efficiency at low output current conditions. The SiP41101 is available in a 16-pin TSSOP package for industrial operation over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range
