NCV33152DR2 - High Speed Dual MOSFET Driver

The non-inverting MC34152/MC33152 are dual-driver high-speed specifically designed for driving large capacitive loads requiring low current digital signals with high slew rates. These devices feature low input current making their CMOS/input channel logic compatible, fast switching input to output hysteresis that is independent of input switching time, and two high current totem pole outputs ideal for driving power MOSFETs. Also includes undervoltage lockout with hysteresis to prevent unstable system operation at low supply voltages. Typical applications include switching power supplies, DC-to-DC converters, capacitor charge pump voltage multipliers/inverters and motor controllers. This device is available in dual in-line and surface mount packages.
