UC2706DWTR - Dual MOSFET Driver

describe
The UC1706's family of output drivers employs a high-speed Schottky process to interface between low-level control functions and high-power switching devices - especially power MOSFETs. These devices implement three generalized functions, described below. First: they take a single-ended, low current polar or digital input and process it to activate a high current, totem pole output that can source or sink up to 1.5A each. Two: They provide a single-ended selectable push-pull conversion driven by an internal flip-flop using dual pulsesuppression logic. With the flip-flop disabled, the parallel output is capable of operating at 3.0A. Third: Protection features also include pulse-through pulse current limiting, automatic dead-band control and thermal shutdown. These devices are available in a 2-watt plastic "batwing" dial for operation over the 0°C to 70°C temperature range, while reducing power dissipation, in a sealed cerdip for -55°C to +125°C operation. Surface mount Q and L packages are also available.
