ADP3025 - High Efficiency Dual Output Power Controller

Overview The ADP3025 is a high efficiency, dual synchronous step-down switching regulator controller optimized for converting battery or adapter inputs to the supply voltages required for portable products and industrial systems. The oscillator frequency can be programmed for 200 kHz or 300 kHz operation, and can also be synchronized to an external clock signal up to 350 kHz. The supplied ADP3025 employs an internal current sensing circuit that reduces cost, improves overall efficiency and provides accurate and reliable short circuit protection. Additional protection features include programmable soft-start, UVLO and integrated output under/over voltage protection. The ADP3025 contains a linear regulator controller designed to drive an external N-channel MOSFET. The output of the linear regulator is adjustable and can be used to generate the auxiliary supply voltage. The ADP3025 is specified over the 0°C to 70°C commercial temperature range and is available in a 38-lead TSSOP package.
