IR2233-3 Phase Bridge Driver
Features • Floating channels are designed for full operation of bootstrap operation, to 600 V or 1200 V Immunity to transient voltages of negative dV/dt • Gate drive voltage ranges from 10V/12V to 20V DC and transients up to 25V • All channels under Voltage Lockout • Over Current Shutdown Shuts Down All Six Drivers • Independent 3 Half-Bridge Drivers • Matched Propagation Delay on All Channels • Compatible with 2.5V Logic
Description The IR2133IR2135/IR2233IR2355 Corporation (J&S) high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with three independent high-side and low-side reference output channels are 3-phase applications. Proprietary HVIC technology enables durable monolithic construction. Logic inputs are CMOS compatible or LSTTL outputs, down to 2.5V logic. A stand-alone amplifier provides a bridge analog feedback current through an external current sense resistor. A current trip function that terminates all six outputs also comes from this resistor. A shutdown function terminates all six outputs. Open-drain fault signal that provides overcurrent or undervoltage shutdown. Clearing fault conditions with foreign language teaching - CLR leadership. The output driver features a pulsed current buffer stage designed for minimum driver transconductance. Propagation delay matching is used to simplify high frequency applications. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations that operate at up to 600 volts or 1200 volts.
