IR2151S - Half-bridge driver. Lau is in the stage with RT. Programmable oscillation frequency. 1.2us dead time in 8-pin SOIC package
Features • Floating channel designed for bootstrap operation +600 V full operation Immunity to negative dV/dt transients • Under-voltage lockout • Programmable oscillator frequency 1.4 (RT 75Ω) CT check • Matched propagation delay for both channels • The low-side output is in the second stage, with RT
DESCRIPTION The IR2151 is a high voltage, high speed, self-excited power MOSFET and IGBT driver with two high and low side referenced output channels. Proprietary HVIC and immune technology for CMOS latching enables overall rugged construction. The programmable oscillator on the front high-end functions is similar to having a 555 timer. The output drivers feature high pulse current buffer stages and an internal dead-time design for minimum driver transconductance. The propagation delays of these two channels are matched to simplify the application with a 50% duty cycle. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT operating a high voltage rail up to 600 volts in a high-side configuration.
