ILC7080AIM5-285 - Positive Fixed Voltage Regulator
Description The ILC7080/81 is a 50 or 100mA low dropout (LDO) designed to provide a high performance voltage regulator to address low power systems. These devices have the typical combination of low dropout, low quiescent current CMOS parts are expected, while the only regulators that offer the low noise, high ripple rejection typically associated with bipolar LDOs. These devices are optimized to meet the needs of modern wireless communication designs, low noise, low dropout, small size, high peak current, and high noise immunity. The ILC7080/81 are designed to use low cost ceramic capacitors, outperforming other devices requiring tantalum capacitors.
Features • Ultra-low dropout 1mV per 1mA load • 1% output voltage accuracy • Adopt low ESR ceramic output capacitors to reduce noise output ripple • Only 100μA ground current at 100mA load • Ripple rejection up to 85dB at 1kHz , 60dB at 1MHz • Noise less than 80µVRMSBW = 100Hz to 100kHz
• Excellent line and load transient response • Over current/over temperature protection • Guaranteed output current up to 80/150mA
• Industry standard five-pin SOT-23 package • Fixed 2.85V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.7V, 5.0V and adjustable output voltage options • Metal mask option customizable voltage between 2.5 to 10V
