Overview The ILC7071 is a 100mA, low noise, low dropout (LDO) linear regulator, designed and fabricated using CMOS technology. This process combines the best CMOS features with low quiescent current, small size and low dropout voltage along with high ripple rejection, low bipolar characteristics for best noise and power handling capabilities. The ILC7071 provides less than 100µA of quiescent current, a logic level enable (regulator EN) pin, an industry-scale standard SOT-23 and a 25mV low dropout voltage at 10mA. With a better ripple rejection ratio of over 70dB (at 1kHz), low noise of 40µVRMS and 1% output voltage accuracy, the ILC7071 is ideal for communications and personal electronics applications.
