The BA LBSG (ie LBSG Indicated Output Voltage Value) is a low saturation linear regulator IC using the ultra-mini SMP5 (2916 pack) die package. Equipped with power saving features that reduce current consumption, it also provides excellent ripple rejection and features ideal for use in cellular phones and others.
Power supply for residential/industrial equipment such as CDMA and GSM for mobile phones,
and other portable items.
