AS2431LAM - Positive Voltage Adjustable Voltage Regulator
Product Description The AS2431L is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator providing an extremely low operating current of 100µA with a highly accurate 0.5% bandgap reference. The AS2431L acts as a reference open error amplifier with 2.5V temperature compensation. The thermal stability, broad operating current (100mA) and temperature range (105°C) of the AS2431L make it suitable for a wide range of applications. The AS2431L's 0.5% tolerance proved to be sufficient to overcome almost all other errors in the system, eliminating the need to trim the production line in the power supply and contributing to substantial cost savings. In the standard parallel configuration, the low temperature coefficient (TC), sharp turn-on characteristics, low output combined impedance and programmable output voltage make this precision reference an excellent error amplifier.
