ADP3333ARM-1.5-Analog IC

Overview
The ADP3333 is a member of the precision ADP333x family of low dropout anyCAP voltage regulators. The ADP3333 operates with the pin-compatible MAX8860, has a wider input voltage range of 2.6 V to 12 V and provides load currents up to 300mA. The ADP3333 stands out from other traditional LDOs with novel architecture and enhanced processes that allow it to provide a performance advantage over its competition. Its patented design requires only a 1.0µF output capacitor to stabilize. This device is insensitive to the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of the output capacitor and is stable with any quality capacitor, including ceramic (MLCC) types for space constrained applications. The ADP3333 can achieve ±0.8% accuracy at special room temperature and ±1.8% over temperature, line and load % variation. The ADP3333 poor voltage is only 140mV (typ) at 300mA. The device also includes a safe current limit, thermal protection, and shutdown functions. In shutdown mode, ground current is reduced to less than 1 µA. The ADP3333 has an ultra-low quiescent current of 70µA (typ) at light loads.
