ADP3300-Precision anyCAP⑩100mA Low Dropout Linear Regulator
Overview The ADP3300 is a member of the precision ADP330x family of low dropout anyCAP™ regulators. The ADP3300 stands out from traditional LDOs with a novel structure and enhanced process. Its patented design requires only a 0.47µF output capacitor to stabilize. This device is stable and has capacitance regardless of its ESR (equivalent series resistance) value, including ceramic types for space-constrained applications (multilayer ceramic capacitors). The ADP3300 can achieve ±0.8% abnormal accuracy at room temperature and ±1.4% over temperature, with overall accuracy, line and load regulations. The dropout for the ADP3300 is only 80 mV 50 mA (typ). The ADP3300 operates over a wide input voltage range of 3.0 V to 12 V and provides a load overcurrent of 50 mA. This has a false signal flag when the device is about to lose regulation or when thermal protection is activated for short circuit or overload. Other features include shutdown and optional noise cancellation.
