AMS2910-1A Low Dropout Regulator
The TThee AMS2910 family of adjustable and fixed voltage regulators is designed to provide 1A of output current and operate down to a 1V input-to-output gap. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed at a maximum output current of a maximum of 1.5V, reducing current at low loads. On-chip reference voltage trim adjusted to 1%. The current limit is also trimmed to minimize the stress of overloading both the regulator and the power supply circuit at the same time. The AMS2910 device is pin-compatible with other 3-terminal regulators and is available in 3-lead TO-220 packages, 3Lead TO-263 (plastic th), TO-252 (tin Pakistan), in low profile surface mount the SOT-223 package.
