The M62525FP is a monolithic integrated circuit that integrates a 2CH voltage regulator and reset IC for printers, CD-ROMs, CD-Rs, and other office equipment. The device features 2 regulators with high precision output, low input/output differential, high current capability, and high ripple rejection. The design of the compact small 16PIN package application is very easy.
