NE57811 - Advanced DDR memory, power off terminal

The NE57811 is designed to provide a terminated power double data rate (DDR) SDRAM memory bus. It significantly reduces component count, board space and overall system cost over previous solutions. The NE57811 DDR termination regulator maintains the output RAM voltage (DDR reference bus voltage) at half the supply voltage. It is capable of delivering up to ±3.5 for a duration. Overcurrent limit protection from the NE57811 inrush current and thermal shutdown protect the device under extreme temperature conditions. SPAK-5 (SOT756) package thermal design for powerful thermal flexibility. Since the NE57811 is a linear regulator, no external inductors or switching FETs are necessary. Responds quickly to load changes, reducing output capacitor requirements.
