Overview
The XC62H series are high precision, low power, active voltage regulators, produced using CMOS process and laser trimming technology. The series consists of a high precision voltage reference, error correction circuit, and output drive current limiting. With the CE function, the output is turned off and the series enters the standby state. In standby mode, power consumption is greatly reduced. Available in SOT-25 (150mW) and SOT-89-5 (500MW) packages. For CE functions, as well as positive logic XC62HR series, negative logic XC62HP series (custom) are also available.
